Visionary's Gold Centaur

The Visionary’s Gold Centaur recognises organisations that demonstrate consistent leadership within the same pillar across three ACES cycles. It reflects sustained excellence rather than a single achievement.

An organisation achieves three ACES wins within the same category or pillar.
Requirements
A documented record of consistent performance and leadership across three award cycles.
Winning criteria pathway
Progression from Pioneer’s Centaur through continued excellence within a defined domain.
Inapplicable winning criteria
Wins achieved across unrelated domains do not count toward this distinction.
Recognition within the “Proven Excellence” tier of the ACES Laureate framework.

Maestro's Onyx Centaur

The Maestro’s Onyx Centaur recognises organisations that have achieved five ACES wins within the same pillar. It signifies sustained leadership and deep expertise in a specific field.

An organisation achieves five ACES wins within the same category or pillar.
Requirements
Five cycles of validated performance demonstrating sustained excellence.
Winning criteria pathway
Advancement from Visionary’s Gold Centaur through continued leadership in the same domain.
Inapplicable winning criteria
Wins across different pillars do not qualify toward the Onyx distinction.
Recognition as a high-level Laureate within the ACES leadership community.

Virtuoso's Onyx & Gold Centaur

The Virtuoso’s Onyx & Gold Centaur recognises organisations that have achieved seven ACES wins within the same domain, demonstrating sustained leadership across multiple award cycles. It represents one of the most distinguished recognitions within the ACES Laureate system, reserved for organisations whose excellence has been consistently validated over time.

An organisation achieves seven ACES wins within the same category pillar or domain.
Requirements
A sustained multi-cycle record of leadership validated through the ACES LEAD™ Framework.
Winning criteria pathway
Advanced recognition within the ACES Laureate progression pathway, reflecting long-term leadership consistency.
Inapplicable winning criteria
Wins outside the primary domain are excluded from the Virtuoso count.
Recognition within the Vanguard of Consistency tier of the ACES Laureate framework.

Imperium’s Rose Gold Centaur

The Imperium Rose Gold Centaur represents the highest distinction within the ACES Laureate system, recognising leaders whose vision, leadership, and influence have left a lasting imprint on their industries and the broader Asian business landscape. Reserved for exceptional figures and institutions, it reflects impact that shapes industries and inspires progress across the region.
Awarded when

A person or organisation achieves either of the following:

  • Nine ACES wins within the same category or pillar, or
  • Recognition under the Legacy category within the Individual pillar, subject to consideration by the ACES Council.
Requirements

Recognition must be validated through the ACES LEAD™ Framework or through the Legacy distinction evaluation process administered by the ACES Council

Inapplicable winning criteria
Wins outside the primary category or pillar are excluded from the Imperium count under the sustained excellence pathway.
Recognition within the Legacy Laureate tier of the ACES framework.
