Nourishing the Future: The ALASKA-Ramay Project Builds Healthier Communities Through Care (Alaga) and Partnership

Guided by its purpose of providing affordable and accessible nutrition to Filipino families in every glass and in every plate, Alaska Milk Corporation (AMC), continues to go beyond business — building healthier and stronger communities through the power of nutrition.
In partnership with the Department of Education and partner retailer Robinsons Supermarket Corporation, AMC launched the ALASKA-Ramay Project (AlasKaramay: Adopt-a-School Milk Feeding Program) — a heartfelt initiative that delivers nourishment, care, and opportunity to the country’s most vulnerable learners.
Fighting Malnutrition, One Glass at a Time
Each day, children in participating schools receive a serving of Alaska milk — a simple yet meaningful gesture that fuels their ability to learn, grow, and dream.
To date, the program has distributed over 91,000 glasses of milk, leading to brighter smiles, improved school attendance, and renewed confidence among students nationwide.
But the ALASKA-Ramay Project is more than a feeding program. It is a movement of hope — one that reminds every child that they are seen, cared for, and capable of achieving great things.
Creating Empowered Learning Environments
Alaska Milk believes that good nutrition and good learning conditions go hand in hand. A healthy child deserves an environment that inspires curiosity and comfort.
To help create more conducive classrooms, Alaska Milk has donated 84 electric fans and 17 television sets to partner schools — simple yet significant contributions that bring cool comfort, engagement, and interactivity to everyday learning.
