Before the event
Our company wins in two categories, can we receive both trophies on the same day?
MoreYes. Please inform your ACES liaison by 30 October so the ceremony sequence and logistics can be updated.
What if I need additional seats for the Gala Dinner?
MoreRequest through your ACES liaison. All additional seats must be confirmed by 7 November2025.
What is the dress code for the Gala Dinner?
MoreBlack tie or national formal attire. (Tuxedo for gentlemen; evening gown for ladies, or formal traditional wear.)
What should I prepare before the Awards Ceremony?
MoreArrive on time for registration and check the ACES Awards page for your company’s presentation time.
On the day
What happens if I arrive late to the ceremony?
MoreIf you arrive after your category has been announced, your trophy will be presented off stage. Official photography will take place in the Winners Lounge after the event.
When do I receive my trophy and certificate?
MoreOn stage during your award category announcement.
How do I register for the Gala Dinner as a winner or guest?
MoreProceed to the designated lanes: one for Winners and one for Guests.
Winners must collect their official badge at the registration counter before heading to the VIP Lounge. Guests may go directly to the cocktail reception after registration.
General notes for winners (on the day)
More- Interview: Immediately after receiving your trophy on stage, winners/representatives will be escorted for a brief interview.
- Cocktail reception (guests): Guests enjoy the cocktail reception in the foyer while winners access the ACES Winners’ Lounge.
- ACES Winners’ Lounge: Exclusive space for winners (spouses welcome) for networking and pre-carpet preparation.
- Seating: All seats are pre-assigned. Please bring your QR code received upon submitting your RSVP.
- Red carpet portraits: Winners will be directed to the red-carpet area for official portraits.
- Registration: Opens 1.5 hours before the event. Please arrive early to avoid queues.
- Closing group photo: Stay until the end for the official group photo used in the press release.
- ACES Concierge: The ACES Concierge Desk is located near registration for logistics and on-day queries.
- Assistance: For any clarification or support, approach the representatives at the registration counter.
After the event
What if I miss the event due to an emergency?
MoreIf you’re unable to attend, the ACES team will arrange shipment of your trophy and certificate after the ceremony. Please notify your ACES liaison as soon as possible.
Will professional photos and videos be available?
MoreYes. Official event photos (and selected video highlights) will be shared shortly after the event.
Are we allowed to post about our win on social media?
MoreAbsolutely. Please use the official ACES digital badges, approved hashtags, and brand guidelines provided.
