She is deeply passionate about integrating a better global food system through technology and has spoken widely on topics connected to sustainability, ESG and food systems. She leads Aubrens in sustainability strategies and disclosure. 

Aubrens has a team of experts with 10 years’ experience in delivering strategic sustainability solutions, insights and advice to companies, unleashing the power of business to create sustainable value. Adam Carabetta

Adam Carabetta, Co-Founder and Director,Formative

Adam Carabetta is the Co-Founder and Director at Formative, a Singapore based search and advisory firm helping energy and infrastructure businesses across Asia-Pacific. Over the past 17+years, he’s placed hundreds of key hires and worked directly with founders, investors, and operators to build leadership teams that deliver.

 

Originally from Perth, his journey took off with a stint in London before firmly rooting in Singapore, where he built a reputation for unlocking hard-to-reach talent, navigating complex cross-border mandates, and advising on leadership succession in emerging markets.

 

He also hosts Recharge, a podcast featuring raw, unfiltered conversations with executives, founders, and operators about the pivotal moments that shaped their careers.

Dato’ Kim Lee Bock

Dato’ Kim Lee Bock, Senior VP of Backend Operations, SanDisk Malaysia

Dato’ Bock K.L. is an award-winning semiconductor leader recognized by the World Economic Forum for transforming SanDisk’s Malaysia and Shanghai factories into global Sustainability and Industry 4.0 Lighthouses. With over 30 years of experience across Motorola, STATS ChipPAC, and SanDisk, he has led large-scale operations and pioneered “Lights-Out” fully automated manufacturing sites driven by Lean Six Sigma excellence.

As Senior Vice President of Backend Operations, Dato’ Bock oversees supply chain, product order management, and packaging technology across six countries. His visionary leadership has positioned SanDisk as a benchmark in wafer-in-drive-out manufacturing and sustainable smart operations.

He has been honoured as Executive of the Year (Malaysia Management Excellence Awards) and recipient of the SEMI Industry Tribute Award 2025. A respected regional voice, he currently chairs SEMI Southeast Asia, sits on the MSIA board, and serves as 4IR technical advisor to MIDA and Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.

Christoph Dörn

Christoph Dörn, Founder & CEO, Free TheSea

Christoph Dörn is a purpose-driven leader whose journey from the corporate world to ocean advocacy began with a life-changing dive in Raja Ampat. What was meant to be an escape into untouched nature turned into an awakening: witnessing plastic waste floating around remote areas sparked a deep sense of responsibility to protect the ocean.

Under his leadership, Free The Sea has become a holistic system catalyst that begins at the household level. By developing inclusive, community-based ecosystems and giving all materials new value through recycling and upcycling, Free The Sea empowers households, strengthens local livelihoods, and nurtures lasting behavioural change toward thriving oceans.

Christoph has led with the conviction that business must be a force for good. That belief inspired him to found Free The Sea - a movement building waste-management infrastructure in underserved communities to keep plastics out of our oceans.

Martin Antonio G. Zamora

Martin Antonio G. Zamora, President and Chief Executive Officer, Nickel Asia Corporation (NAC)

Martin Antonio G. concurrently serves as President of all NAC mining subsidiaries and as Chairman of Emerging Power, Inc. (EPI), the Group’s renewable energy arm. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Ateneo de Manila University, an MBA from London Business School, and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from INSEAD.

Beyond NAC, Mr. Zamora is Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Mines of the Philippines and a Director of the Philippine Nickel Industry Association, where he actively promotes responsible and sustainable mining practices in the country.

Deven Lim

Deven Lim, CEO, Lockton Singapore

Deven leads the retail team with a strong focus on service excellence, organizational growth, and Lockton’s core culture of private ownership and client centricity.

With over 15 years of experience across Property and Casualty insurance, Deven brings expertise in insurance broking, business development, and partner engagement. Before becoming CEO, he served as Head of Corporate Risks, overseeing a team of Insurance Broking and Risk Consulting Associates. In this role, he ensured clients received tailored, client-focused solutions while managing evolving operational and management risks. He also spearheaded client engagement strategies for Lockton’s Corporate and Multinational Division. 

Prior to Lockton, Deven led a global insurer’s Commercial Bancassurance partnership with a major bank in Singapore and previously managed key broker appointments for prominent organizations. He’s also a scholar from the inaugural Insurance Executive Scholarship Program (IESP) by the Singapore College of Insurance and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Dr. Ray A. Gapuz

Dr. Ray A. Gapuz, President and CEO, ICART Inc

Dr. Ray A. Gapuz is an award-winning educator, nurse, and visionary leader known for advancing sustainable education and innovation. A Harvard-trained scholar with a master’s in Learning Design and Technology from Penn State, he holds two honorary doctorates and is recognized for integrating technology, entrepreneurship, and human-centered leadership in learning.

He founded the Ray A. Gapuz Review System under the International Center for Advanced Review and Training (ICART) Inc., mentoring thousands of nurses across 36 countries. Author of NCLEX RN in a Flash and Mosby’s Essential Concepts for the Philippine Nurse Licensure Exam, he pioneered the Functional Concepts Method, transforming review education worldwide.

Recipient of the MVP Bossing Award for Education, the Agora Award for Entrepreneurship, and listed in Marquis Who’s Who in the World, Dr. Gapuz continues to champion lifelong learning, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation that shape future-ready leaders.

Johnny Yu

Johnny Yu, Advisor and Head of Sustainability, Henderson Land Development

Johnny Yu is presently the Advisor to the Chairman and the Head of Sustainability Department at the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Yu held various senior positions at UBS, Credit Suisse, and Price Waterhouse in both Hong Kong and London, bringing with him 30 years of extensive experience across multiple disciplines, including sales and marketing, investment advisory, accounting, tax, and risk management and control. 

Mr. Yu joined the company in 2020 and has since led it to win the Business Leadership in Sustainability Award at the Asia Pacific Leadership in Green Building Awards 2022. He was also named Sustainability Leader of the Year and received the Distinguished Sustainability Leadership Award at the Hong Kong Sustainability Awards 2024. A graduate of the London School of Economics and City University of London (MBA in Finance), he is a member of the ICAEW and CFA Institute.

Loreann E. Villanueva

Loreann E. Villanueva, Country Manager, Takeda Healthcare Philippines, Inc. 

Loreann has more than 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning marketing, sales, distribution, and government business. Before joining Takeda, she served as Strategy & Insights Director at McDonald’s Philippines and held key marketing and sales roles at GSK Philippines and GSK Biologicals Belgium.

Her expertise includes strategy development, market access, multichannel marketing, and people development. She has been recognized for advocacy marketing and special projects, notably leading Takeda’s business transition as an Access Market and revamping McDonald’s Philippines’ corporate strategy process.

A purpose-driven leader, Loreann exemplifies Takeda’s core values of integrity, fairness, perseverance, and honesty. She believes in balancing performance with well-being, ensuring professional excellence without compromising personal commitments. Willy Lim

Willy "Will" Lim has been a pivotal member of Foundever® since joining SYKES in 2004. He plays a vital role in supporting various global initiatives that involve sourcing and marketing, recruiting operations for both agent and non-agent positions, near-hire training, the reports and analytics team, applicant care, and risk and control management. 

Will is a well-rounded leader and strategist known for building disciplined, high-performing teams focused on development, innovation, and efficiency. With extensive experience leading diverse groups across functions, he excels at navigating complex challenges and driving alignment with organisational goals. He has successfully overseen shared services in Manila covering hiring, training, quality management, workforce planning, succession, and social media research.

In recognition of his outstanding leadership, Will was honored in the 2024 PH Top Talent Leaders Bridge100 List.

Dr. Polakit

Dr. Polakit Teekakirikul, Chief Executive Officer, VitalLife

Dr. Teekakirikul is a distinguished leader in medicine, currently serving as the CEO of VitalLife & Esperance and the Chief Science Officer at Bumrungrad Hospital. His extensive background includes an MD from Chulalongkorn University and clinical pathology training at Mahidol University, Bangkok, where he was an instructor. He further honed his expertise through an internship and residency in internal medicine, followed by a fellowship in clinical molecular genetics at Harvard-affiliated Hospitals and Harvard Medical School. 

His cardiovascular training continued at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), specializing in the clinical management of genetic cardiomyopathy and cardiac MRI. Prior to his current pivotal roles, he was an Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiology at Prince of Wales Hospital and Hong Kong Children's Hospital, Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Atty Roel S. Espiritu

Atty. Roel S. Espiritu is a distinguished sustainability and governance leader with over three decades of experience driving organizational resilience, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. As Head of Maynilad’s Quality, Sustainability, and Resiliency Division and Chief Sustainability Officer, he has led transformative initiatives that strengthen climate action, equitable water access, and long-term business continuity.

His career spans key leadership roles in human resources, operations, and regulatory compliance, where he championed inclusive labor practices and operational innovation that shaped Maynilad’s strategic direction.

A sought-after speaker and policy advocate, Roel represents Maynilad in international and regional forums on sustainability, sanitation, and watershed management, contributing to advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals across sectors.

A lawyer by training and lifelong learner, he holds degrees in Political Science and Law, alongside executive programs in leadership, human capital, and applied sustainability—reflecting his deep commitment to purposeful and transformative leadership.

Francis L. Chiu

Francis L. Chiu, First Vice President and Head of Consumer Banking Applications, BDO Unibank

Francis L. Chiu is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services. He currently serves as First Vice President and Head of Consumer Banking Applications at BDO Unibank, the Philippines’ largest bank.

With deep expertise in digital transformation, innovation, and strategic IT delivery, Francis has consistently bridged business and technology to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. He has led major initiatives modernizing consumer systems and redefining digital experiences that drive trust and growth.

Beyond his corporate role, Francis serves on the Executive Committee of the Philippines CIO Association, where he champions sustainability, inclusion, and continuous innovation in the digital economy.

Guided by grace, empathy, and purpose, he believes technology is ultimately about people—empowering teams, inspiring change, and building a future rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and integrity.

Sonali Verma

Sonali Verma, Chief Marketing Officer, Manulife Philippines

Sonali has more than 18 years of leadership experience in insurance and banking with specific focus on digital marketing, experience design, and digital innovation across Manulife and Citibank. 

She has demonstrated a proven track record of delivering results and has many firsts across multiple Bank partners across Asia. Sonali blends traditional marketing methodologies with emerging and established `new’ marketing waves, to create solid business outcomes. 

Personally, what is closest to Sonali’s heart is Manulife’s community investment program which enables Manulife to make a real difference in the Filipino communities.

Ir. Drs. Tonny Gultom

Ir. Drs. Tonny Gultom, Director of Health, Safety, and Environment, Harita Nickel

Tonny Gultom is a seasoned mining professional with over 30 years of experience across the copper, gold, bauxite, nickel, and coal sectors, as well as refining industries, including alumina, RKEF, and HPAL. Currently serving as Director of HSE at Harita Nickel, he has led major initiatives in ESG implementation, project management, and environmental compliance.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to long-term projects across Indonesia, including North Maluku, Sumbawa, and North Sulawesi. An Executive Professional Engineer (IPU) and member of PERHAPI’s Expert Council, he also served as Head of Indonesia’s Mining Environmental Management Forum (FKPLPI) and as an academic advisor at ITB. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to responsible mining and sustainable development.
