This study examines how consumer expectations and demands shape corporate sustainability commitments across Asia. Businesses today face increasing pressure to adopt sustainable practices—not just from regulators and investors, but from consumers who seek greater accountability and ethical responsibility in corporate behaviour. This research will provide valuable insights into how organisations interpret and respond to this evolving landscape.
Objective: To quantify the impact of consumer-driven sustainability pressure on corporate strategy and business decisions.
Data Collection: Ongoing from January to July 2025, targeting over 200 corporate responses.
Outcome: Findings will be analysed and presented at the ACES Summit 2025, sparking meaningful discourse on sustainability leadership.
Objective: To examine how leadership influences the adoption and execution of sustainability strategies.
Data Collection: Targeting 50 in-depth case studies, with interviews and qualitative assessments taking place in 2025.
Outcome: Insights will be compiled into a research report and industry-focused journal article, informing both corporate sustainability strategy and leadership development.
