Having joined the company’s marketing department in 2004, she quickly demonstrated her vision by modernizing Eminent’s brand identity and expanding its customer base. Over the years, she has guided the company through milestone achievements such as establishing the Eminent Exploring Center in Chiang Mai and Songkhla, recognized as national training and testing centers for air conditioning technicians. These centers have equipped over 1,800 individuals with technical skills and certifications, reinforcing her commitment to empowering Thailand’s workforce through education and innovation.
Her strategic direction propelled Eminent Air into the top tier of Thai air conditioning brands, achieving national recognition for product quality, operational excellence, and social contribution. Today, Eminent Air exports to over 13 countries across six continents, demonstrating how local craftsmanship can compete on a global scale. Janyaporn’s leadership combines strategic foresight with deep empathy, fostering an organization that values continuous improvement and shared purpose.
Innovation with Heart and Purpose
Janyaporn has consistently championed innovation as a catalyst for positive change. In 2020, under her leadership, Eminent Air introduced a Virtual Reality installation training program—the first of its kind in the Thai air conditioning sector. This initiative, supported by the National Innovation Agency, was shortlisted for the VR Education and Training of the Year award at the XR Awards 2021. Her forward-thinking vision also led to the launch of the Eminent Air mobile application, improving accessibility and customer engagement.
The company’s flagship product, the Premium First Class SE air conditioner, features Hygienic Plasma technology that inhibits viruses and bacteria, including SARS-CoV-2, setting a new benchmark for health-focused innovation. This product launch during the COVID-19 pandemic showcased her ability to adapt swiftly to market challenges while addressing urgent societal needs. Janyaporn also spearheaded the company’s participation in the Thailand HCFC Phase-out Project, supported by the World Bank and the Multilateral Fund, reinforcing Eminent Air’s role in global environmental stewardship.

Eminent Air’s environmental strategy follows a clear decarbonization roadmap aligned with Thailand’s Net Zero goals by 2050. The company’s use of eco-friendly refrigerants R32, combined with the continuous upgrade of energy-efficient manufacturing processes, reflects her commitment to sustainability. Eminent Air’s CSR-DIW Continuous Award, Green Factory and ISO14064-1 (Carbon credit for organization) verified by TGO and BSI recognition highlight its environmental and social achievements.
Through initiatives such as the Eminent Run Green Campaign and mangrove reforestation programs, Janyaporn promotes environmental awareness and community well-being. Her collaboration with the Department of Skill Development and the Office of Vocational Education Commission has created nationwide programs that certify and train technicians, ensuring long-term employment and professional growth.
