Dato’ (Dr) Fouad Hayel Saeed Anam serves as the Chairman and Group CEO of Pacific Inter-Link (PIL), providing strategic leadership across the company’s agribusiness, manufacturing, shipping, logistics and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) operations. Guided by the core principles of reputation, integrity and mutual prosperity associated with the HSA Group, he has led PIL’s growth from a Malaysian trading enterprise established in 1988 into a global agribusiness and manufacturing group. Under his leadership, PIL operates refining, oleochemical manufacturing, shipping and terminal infrastructure across Malaysia and Indonesia, supplying edible oils, palm-based products and consumer goods to more than 90 international markets.
