Hangzhou, January 23, 2026 – Every great company begins with a bold idea. For Letright Industrial Corporation, that idea came from one man: Ren Li.

A soft-spoken yet driven entrepreneur, Ren Li transformed a dream born inHangzhou into one of the world’s most respected names in sustainable outdoor living.

But beyond his accolades and billion-dollar success lies a deeply personal story of sacrifice, redemption, and purpose.

Humble Roots, Deep Values

Ren Li’s journey began in the rural heartland of Zhejiang, China. Growing up in a modest home, his world was shaped by the values instilled by his parents—humility, resilience, and unwavering respect for people.

“It starts from humanity,” said Ren.

“Not from the product or technology. It all starts from the people. Once you have the right values and mission, everything else follows.”

Those early lessons laid the foundation for what would become Letright - a company not just defined by its products, but by its people-first philosophy.

Building a Business, Losing Time

In1999, Ren launched Letright with little more than borrowed tools and a bold vision.

The early days were grueling—long nights in a dimly lit workshop, missed family dinners, and phone calls left unanswered.

It was a lonely road of sacrifice, and over time, the cost grew clear.

When his daughter was young, Ren enjoyed a close bond with her. But as the company demanded more of his time, that bond began to strain.

“I didn’t notice the distance growing.

“I thought it was obvious I was working hard for her. But it didn’t feel that way to her,” said Ren.

The tension between them escalated, culminating in a painful rupture.

“Our relationship got worse and worse.

Finally, it burst,” he said.

It was his daughter, a student of psychology, who urged him to see a psychiatrist. That moment became a turning point - not just in their relationship, but inRen’s approach to life.

Healing Through Presence and Purpose

Therapy opened Ren’s eyes not only to his family but to himself. He learned to listen, to pause, and to be present - especially with the people who mattered most.

“IfI didn’t take her advice, my passion for everything, even work would have died.

“Because how could I change people’s lives outside if I couldn’t connect with my own daughter?” he said.

Today, Ren and his daughter speak almost every day.

Their bond, once fractured, has become a source of strength.

“This is the biggest personal challenge I’ve ever faced. But it taught me how to live more simply, and lead better,” he added.

Leadership with Heart

Ren’s transformation as a father has made him a stronger leader.

His management style evolved to be more empathetic, grounded in emotional intelligence rather than authority.

“I now try to separate work from personal life,” he said.

“And when I’m with my team, I try to think from their perspective. That shift has changed everything.”

This people-first leadership approach has propelled Letright to new heights.

Ren confidently projects a RMB100 billion turnover within the next three to five years - not just because of business acumen, but because of his own personal growth.

Despite this, he remains modest.

“DoI consider myself successful? Far from it. But I’ve built a strong foundation. And we’re getting closer every day.”

A Mission Greater Than Profit

Letright’s mission goes beyond furniture and profit margins.

Ren is committed to transforming how the world experiences outdoor living.

He envisions a world where empty rooftops, neglected gardens, and under utilized spaces become sanctuaries for connection and renewal.

He’s uninterested in the fast riches of real estate development.

“I could have chased money, sure. But that doesn’t excite me. What excites me is creating something new. Something meaningful.”

Letright is on its way to becoming the world’s largest removable real estate company, as Ren calls it - with pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and solar innovations that redefine modern living.

But more than expansion, it’s about impact.

“I want to change how people live outdoors. That’s my true dream,” he said.

A Local Soul with Global Vision

Despite Letright’s presence in over 70 countries, Ren’s heart remains in Hangzhou.

He continues to give back - whether it’s funding local schools, installing solar systems in villages, or mentoring young talent.

And while the company eyes global expansion, Ren is clear: “Whatever industry I choose, I will stick with it for a very long time. I don’t chase trends. I build legacies.”

Leading by Example

At the core of Ren Li’s journey is one powerful idea: Leadership is not about perfection - it’s about intention. He leads not with grandeur, but with quiet conviction. Not with power, but with presence.

“Leadership means saying no to things others say yes to,” he said.

“Even something simple, like choosing what to eat, can be hard. Decision-making is full of conflict. So I try to lead by values, not ego.”

The Legacy He’s Building

Ren Li didn’t just build Letright. He rebuilt a broken relationship with his daughter. He redefined his role as a father. He reimagined outdoor living for the world.

And in doing so, he proved that true leadership is not about wealth or fame - it’s about impact. It’s about building with heart and living with purpose.

So whether you’re designing a rooftop patio in New York or a quiet garden inHangzhou, Letright carries a piece of Ren Li’s story - one of endurance, empathy, and the quiet power of change.
