Michele Lemmens, TCS’s Asia Pacific Head of Business Sustainability and Sustainability CTO, is a passionate advocate for sustainability and business transformation. She believes that companies must embrace sustainability in their operations while leveraging innovation and digital solutions to drive meaningful change. Her expertise spans enterprise business model transformation, new market entry, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, start-ups, and strategic alliances.

With extensive experience across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom, Lemmens has led transformative projects in various industries. One of her most remarkable roles was establishing and expanding TCS’s women-only business process outsourcing (BPO) center in Saudi Arabia, which grew to 500 employees within 18 months.

Currently, Lemmens champions sustainability initiatives within TCS, collaborating with stakeholders to leverage the company’s research, innovation, and expertise to drive sustainable development. She is also seconded to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as the Head of the ASEAN Regional Hub, where she works with businesses, governments, regulators, stock exchanges, investors, academia, and media in the ASEAN region. Her focus is on fostering dialogue, promoting innovative sustainability practices, and empowering organizations to make informed decisions based on critical sustainability data.
