OVER-ALL ENGAGEMENT

As a testament to deliver a wonderful working environment to its employees, The Globe Tower was built as an iconic building in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The open workspace and wired facilities allows collaboration among employees while espousing wellness (through its in-house gym and sports facility), cashless (transactions powered by its m-commerce product, GCASH), paperless (with a Google-powered reservations and communications process) and smokeless (a non-smoking, green energy building).
As Globe brings out an innovator in every employee, The Globe Innovation month was celebrated in August where the Innovation Forum of internal and external subject matter experts imparted knowledge and technology know-how to the Ka-Globe employees. The Globe City Game was also launched to gamify the innovation process and make idea generation fun and engaging.

Volunteaming through various volunteer-based causes is also a core pillar in building a service culture. Bangon Pinoy, a relief effort for Typhoon Haiyan attracted a total of 2,177 Globe employees volunteered nationwide, clocking 9,134 hours of service through a common desire to help.

With a 97% participation rate in the Employee Satisfaction Survey, Globe got a 73% over-all satisfaction index as internal rating from the employees. This stable uptrend of the metric over the years can be attributed to the wide range of programs on culture, leadership and wellness.
