Asia Airfreight Terminal Company Limited (“AAT”) , a subsidiary of SATS Ltd, is an air cargo terminal based at Hong Kong International Airport, the world’s largest international air cargo hub. Operating on a franchise awarded by the Airport Authority Hong Kong since 1998, AAT currently serves over 50 airlines customers, offering a comprehensive suite of services in cargo handling and extended logistics services, including cargo and document handling, cargo security screening, re-labeling, repackaging, cargo storage, cargo build-up, and ULD (Unit Load Device) collection and delivery, underscores its prominent position in the industry.

In the dynamic world of air cargo, staying responsive to market demands is essential. AAT employs a multifaceted approach to remain agile and informed. AAT has achieved several significant milestones during its journey, including the establishment of Terminal 1 in 1998 and the launch of Terminal 2 in 2007. In 2017, it welcomed Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong Air Cargo Carrier, the second largest airline group in Hong Kong, to join its family. Its most recent achievement is the launch of AAT COOLPORT in 2022, which is Hong Kong’s first on-airport cold chain center with a complete temperature-controlled environment for handling of temperature-sensitive cargo. Additionally, AAT has expanded its global reach with the launch of Upstream Cargo Acceptance Services at the Hong Kong International Airport Logistic Park (HKIALP) in Dongguan, China.
