At Duy Tan we consider people and team engagement as our first priority. The things we have done, we have done into three areas. The first one, we re-design our corporate culture into 4Cs to ensure that the people understand what behavior we did agree then, the second one is people management committee and the third one is people development committee. The third one, we set up the KPI, we use the engagement system to be the KPI for all the directors up and this make all the people said that the engagement to make the team’s performance better, not belong to the function of the HR or the GDs only.
