It has been such an immense privilege for Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam to be among a few companies in Vietnam to receive a credible award like ACES award. We were recognized as Asia’s best performing award in Vietnam and also PepsiCo is the leading beverage company so what makes us really different is we are really committed to sustainable development so we remain committed to sustainable initiatives that are in line with our values to give back to society.

At Duy Tan we consider people and team engagement as our first priority. The things we have done, we have done into three areas. The first one, we re-design our corporate culture into 4Cs to ensure that the people understand what behavior we did agree then, the second one is people management committee and the third one is people development committee. The third one, we set up the KPI, we use the engagement system to be the KPI for all the directors up and this make all the people said that the engagement to make the team’s performance better, not belong to the function of the HR or the GDs only. That’s for the function to have to be responsible for that. Thank you.
